ULBs user id are CensusCode or ULB code given by Ministry.
For old portal users ULB login and passwords are same as old city profile user id/password e.g. for Ambikapur user id for nodal officer login is 801927 and password is old sbmcityprofile password.
For state level users login id is nodal.officer two character state code e.g. For Chhattisgarh, nodal.officer@CH and password is communicated to them
